Just be a man about it, I am. I am man enough to say I am voting for Biden because I think Trump is a conman and a thief and a disgusting human being, he is many things, but a leader isn’t one of them......I wouldn’t follow him anywhere.

You and many like you are hiding behind the policy wall.....just say it, say you value the power and you respect his strength and his words and how he deals with people and how he leads.....

Don’t hide behind the policy.....stand up for the man that you respect because you want to be able to act the same and say and believe in the exact same things as he does.....
Man, you really despise us. I don’t say that, because that’s not why I’m voting for him. I’m voting for him because he’s earned it through delivering policy most aligned with my beliefs. I’m voting for him because of the policy he is promising for the future. it’s not about power, it’s not about projection of strength, though I do like that.

I don’t need to stand up for him. We’re not friends. We won’t ever meet. As a person, I detest him, but we’re not ever going to drink a beer together so who gives a ****? I don’t vote for personalities. I didn’t vote for him in 16 because he didn’t have a record to run on and I thought everything he was blustering about were pipe dreams. I only had his personality to evaluate and I didn’t the McCain comment drove me to write in Reagan. He delivered on a lot of what he said he would. He now has a record of action and policy that I can evaluate and I can discount all of the chaff that doesn’t matter.

To the rest, I love that he doesn’t back down. I love that he fights. Romney was a milk toast douche that talked a big game, but is a *****. The whole Pierre Dilecto thing solidified it.

The Marxist movement needs to be confronted on all levels and crushed. Trump and McConnell dropped the anchor and said no more. awesome!

Of course it is about power....McConnell had the power in 2016 to stall Garland and he has the power in 2020 to push through his nominee....

Call a spade a spade......instead of trying to gaslight Americans like Mitch and Lady G and the others are today.....just man up and say, it’s about power and we are in charge and we are doing this.....

Then the American people will react in kind....

Its really that simple....and despise is a harsh word. For me, I spent many many years in those circles of business and politics with conservatives so I know what they think, I’ve heard their words and their desires for this country......

The American people, they are trying to twist their position and words from 2016 to fit the 2020 narrative which is power. Only power.

Lady G is Lyndsey Graham....
I said it in my opening post, anyone trying to compare 2016 to now is a rube. Major differences.

Re-Election vs Lame Duck
WH and Senate are the same party in 2020

The American people spoke already. They did twice as a matter of fact. They did it in 2016 by putting in Trump and maintaining a GOP Senate Majority and they did it in 2018 with keeping a GOP Senate Majority.

The only gaslighting is coming from the left trying to portray these scenarios as being the same.

Now you're just mad. It's not my fault that you think voters are leaving the party in droves because of Trump when the data provided in the links YOU posted clearly dispute that. Sorry sis

He's an imbecile. Don't waste your time 007. You won't be able to find him anywhere around here on November 4th. Empty cans make the most noise. Throw 'em out with the trash.

I love and respect where I was born and raised. Those are your words, not mine. I am only giving you facts.....it’s the third whitest state in the country and the least college educated.....facts.

Based on those same facts, only 11.8% of the posters on this board are college educated...

You don’t need a college degree or go into an insane amount of student debt to make a good living or be educated. I’m not sure why you want to choose that statistic about WV as something to look down upon. Someone who has a trade can easily make more money than a damn art historian or someone with all these liberal art degrees.

Sure. Let his voters decide what to do about it. His opinion then vs now is just one dude. It doesn’t change the circumstances that make it different. I laid them out for you. It’s pretty simple.

Why are you concerned? You were daring them to do it last night. Going to fun as hell watching the left’s behavior over the next 45 days though. Think they can keep from being crazy?

Trying to run down people without a college education is a way for him to try and feel superior and to discount their “uneducated” views.

They will be crazy passionate and on a mission.....the MAGA will be wiped from the face of the country and forced back under their rocks.....GOP relies on low voter turnout from Dems.....that is out of the window. Plus, the last two GOP Presidents actually lost the popular vote, so that isn’t lost on that voter base either....

You’ve literally not stated an actual policy position. You made 2 false claims re: Legal immigration process and pre-existing conditions.

In 2008 during the Obama Administration, my brother and his then fiancé, a blonde haired, blue eyed German completes the Legal Immigration process within 7-months. Average timeline 6-9 months. They completed the process without a lawyer.

In 2018 during the Trump Administration it took 20-month for my brown, Spanish speaking wife and two-step children. The process became so difficult with so many internal changes and hurdles, I was forced to hire and immigration attorney. Average timeline under Trump 15-24 months.....

The things that he and Stephen Miller have put into place with regards to the legal process, specifically for US citizens is criminal and I pray for those who don’t have the resources that I do....

As for Pre-Existing Conditions.....if you actually believe that Trump cares about people like me, your wrong, they will take this and will kill a lot of people in the process including a lot of his dumb *** supporters....

So, what changes did they make to immigration? None that I can recall. I do seem to recall a lot going on in 2018. For instance, we were having record crossings and a dem led strategy of coaching crosser to claim asylum paralyzing the immigration process. One of the specific things cautioned about illegals was the negative impacts it had the legal process. Congrats, you got fvcked by the party you’re voting for.

Pre-existing conditions, I think we saw in the last attempt at replacing that ******** ACA, that they kept protections for pre-existing conditions in.

Not policy, this takes legal action. They installed Cuccinelli (illegally) to oversee the USCIS. Then, through directives from Miller, they made 100’s of procedural changes to the internal process for the legal immigration process. This was done to complicate and frustrate the process and those who filed and those who processed. These procedural changes have skirted policies and law set by Congress with regards to the process. They have separate families and stalled the process so in a scenario like mine, approval takes upwards of 20-months. It’s why the USCIS employee union came out against Cuccinelli as a danger to the legal immigration process. Trump and Miller want immigration to this country choked to a trickle and they have succeeded....

The naturalization process is simple - a basic 6 or so steps. In reality, getting through those 6 steps takes immense time and effort and willingness to complete it within a certain timeline, i.e. 3 to 5 years.

The two major steps are to learn how to read, write, and speak English and be able to pass a test on history and government (one that many native born citizens couldn't pass, sadly). Coming from European countries where English is taught makes the process a lot easier than someone coming from a primarily Spanish speaking nation.

I applaud those who struggle through the process to become citizens. In my eyes, a whole lot of them are way better citizens than the native-born because they don't take their freedoms for granted. Not to mention, they have a better understanding of how our government works and its history.

However, there are way too many who cheat the process and who come here illegally to take advantage of our system and its resources. It is these people who give those who are doing things the right way a bad name and it is these who those who are doing things the right way should be the most angry at.

There are some who feel this process is too easy and have taken steps to both strengthen it and ensure those that want to want to cheat it have a much more difficult time in doing so. Some may look at that as being racist while others may look at that as being more responsible to the citizens of this country - both now and in the future.
