Realignment Numbers

I know most of the focus regarding the release of ADM's for this year is on dividing out each classification into big and small sections for playoff purposes. Has anyone even attempted to look at the ADM's for 2017 realignment purposes? I know the state said they were going to go with the 20-30-30-20 model WITHOUT the football playing schools (then add the non-FB schools into conferences afterwards). What does that look like with the release of these numbers?

if they use the 20 - 30 - 30 - 20 model that's what 1A is going to look like in 2017, without some unforeseen changes

East Bladen, Polk County, North Rowan, Edenton Holmes and South Stokes will move down to 1A

Walkertown, Atkins, Trask, James Kenan, Whiteville, Wallace Rose Hill, East Montgomery and Spring Creek will move up to 2A

If Cape Hatteras hadn't decided to play football again this season Spring Creek would've remained 1A.

This 1A playoff is a pure joke. All teams in with 1 or 2 wins. Makes for some terrible
football

What kind of adjustments would the association do to these numbers that would change them from what we currently see? From their website they stated these weren't realignment numbers and after adjustments they will be released at later date.

I think anyone with less than 650 students will be 1-A, therefore, I think East Bladen, Spring Creek, Trask, Granville Central will be 2-A. Edenton, N. Rowan, Polk County & S. Stokes will drop to 1-A.
1-A will have around 74 or 75 teams in the classification.

Are all of these football playing schools? I know the state plans to divide on the 20-30-30-20 model WITHOUT the non-FB schools, then look to add those schools into conferences based on geography.

On the other site their "fan" made the comment that the MOCO BOE will redraw the lines so em won't have to move up to 2A..... LOL...not going to happen. They have a large number of immigrants on that side of the county. His logic was that "they don't contribute to the football program so em shouldn't be moved up to 2A..." gotta love that good ol' em logic.

I had heard some talk of redrawing lines but I don't know if there is any truth to it. Also, pretty sure that the incoming freshman numbers for next year will be down. That came from a reliable source but I don't know how this thing works so not sure that will have any bearing on it.
