I'm wondering if anyone has any thoughts on what realignment will look like for next season and if it will even take place as scheduled with the recent events happening at the legislature with the NCHSAA.

I have a friend that knows someone on the board but can’t discuss it at all we will all have to wait n see what it will look like should be fun
I have wondered the same.....since the state passed the legislation really restricting the NCHSAA power, will the 7 class realignment even happen?
yeah teams like Wallace, SWO, and JK are eagerly waiting for realignment so they dont have to play superior teams to get to a trophy again. They wont have to worry about teams like ED, Clinton, Shelby, Monroe, Northeastern, etc ruining their dreams. they'll only have to worry about Reidsville maybe.
even when the state takes over we will still have 7 classes because they used to have 4 class on the table when the legislators had the bill on the table and then they took it off the table.

Doesnt matter what class Clinton is in, Wiz will think they are rated too low.
They’ll probably put Clinton in South Carolina next realignment. Going near there tomorrow Fairmont ( 1 hour 21 min to a conference game)
