We have holes in our roster, but:
1. If a school like Nebraska needs 4 & 5 star talent to beat NIU NW and Minn then Nebraska has the wrong coaches.

Defensive strategy:
If your DC can't explain things clearly to the media on a regular basis, then there is an increased likelihood that the players can't understand him either.

Appearances:
If you're coach has his hands crossed and head down after opening kickoff and the other coach looks excited and engaged, you have the wrong coach.

I have no desire to see a goofy cheerleader like Fleck either. That giodball would get so old.

Agreed, but the kids obviously respond better to that style than they do to the beaten down droopiness of MR. And if we were winning we would get over our annoyance pretty easily, right?

Nothing against your post, but I don’t think that there is no need to outline why this coaching staff needs to be replaced anymore. Pretty sure everyone from the A.D. down to kool-aid drinking fools like me sees the need.

I️ guess it’s not like they had shown much of a pulse before yesterday. I️ much prefer the neither option

I have a great distaste for Fleck, and people that act like him. It’s entirely possible to have a great excitement and enthusiasm without playling a fool

Maybe we can all agree that TO was the perfect example. Always focused and engaged. No out of control wildman. (Bo) No cheerleader. And never the roadkill MR presents.

Football does require a certain intensity that other sports don't.

number 1 is so true. I'm tired of hearing the talent thing...a coach should not need a roster full of 4 and 5 stars to beat NIU Minnesota, not get *** blown and make teams punt etc. if a coach needs that, they'll never win any games against the big ones and they are ****** coaches. It was true of bo, even more so of Riley.
