I am really enjoying the SEC network this year. It is great to watch all of these SEC basketball games.

Say what you want about the SEC but most of these games have been exciting this season. I used to wish I could watch other conference games, now I see a lot of them.

The SEC has some pretty damn good teams this year besides UK. Georgia, LSU, Texas A&M. Alabama and Ole Miss both got huge wins yesterday. It is starting to look like 5 or even 6 teams in March Madness.

I assume we will be able to see more baseball, more importantly UK baseball this Spring.

Now all I need is a 3D set for the Alabama gymnastics highlights. Ouch!

It is a great time to be a College Sports fan. I don't see this doing anything but helping the SEC in all sports and maybe basketball most of all with raising the profile of the conference. The SEC already owns most every other sport.

As always, the problem with the SEC is that they do not dominate enough out of conference games. With the exception of UK and sometimes Florida or maybe one or two other teams the SEC does not make a showing that is good enough to get the attention of the rest of the college basketball media. So when SEC teams start beating up on each other, the media simply says they just aren't any good. Anyone who actually watches SEC basketball knows that statement is not correct but, unfortunately, that is the perception.

For decades I fought tooth and nail to get to see UK basketball. When I lived in Indiana, Texas, Florida and Maryland I had to spend tens of thousands of dollars on the big satellite dishes and the electronics that go with them. Now all I have to do is tune in on ESPN, FOX, SEC or CBS. My life is easy!

Too many SEC schools treat pre-conference games like exhibition games or practice games for the conference season. Doesn't help that football is still going on and the fans don't show up.

Watching some of the pre-season "home court" games for other SEC schools, lots of time the arenas were almost empty. No real home court advantage there.

We beat Seton Hall, Kansas State, and Colorado this year nom-conference. Not saying any of those teams are top 10 or anything, but needless to say still pretty solid OOC victories.

UGA is mentioned......... "one or two other teams"........have to be consistent and the Dawgs seem to be "good" only once every three of four years. Hope you all keep Fox, good coach.
