Ivisic didn't have eligibility issues. He signed in August right before school and they had to process football claims first. Then UK's own admissions office denied him for that language test.

By all accounts, I was impressed with the speed with which the NCAA cleared him.
When was he admitted and when was he cleared? Please with the football stuff. The guy missed half the season because of the ncaa. And if he didn’t have ineligibility issues why did he have to wait to be cleared? Like I ve said until he’s cleared to play im not going to hold my breath. Whether it’s Barney or the ncaa I don’t trust either to get things right and as of now he has to get clearance.

The clip is a highlight tape, but,... I saw some passes that looked like he can pass. I wonder if Pope could put him at the top of the key, there's a good chance he's a better passer that our other two bigs.
Garrison had some nice passes last year and JQ is a really good passer. Pope definitely loves having passing centers

It took about 90 days. The same as all foreign players. Ivisic though committed on August 1st, signed on August 15th, and didn't get admitted until October 4th. That's when the 90 days starts.

By contrast, Aday Mara was admitted on August 3rd to UCLA and was cleared on November 3rd. UCLA had several like that with similar timelines - Buyuktuncel, Vide, Fibleuil

He is not wrong. All foreign students may be held up. There will be a higher level of scrutiny for all student visa applications and the state department put a pause until they can formalize the new application vetting standards. I think he will get here later than everyone expected. However, once he is here, he should not have eligibility concerns.
well I hope our fans learned their lesson about paying for billboards
