Weird no one has mentioned it but Mineo is saying Degeorge committed . Rutgers can finally open up the pipeline to delbarton and a real solid get
Finally let’s gooooo, we need to break this narrative we can’t get the nj private delbarton/blair schools..

And if they still don’t wanna come then we will get the pa prep schools. Now they can see both wanna come here

125 left and starters at 133, 141, 149 all graduate after this season
133, 141, and 149 will be covered well next year. These 113lb guys will have a hard time getting big enough for 125. Smith hasn't gotten big enough yet. No 113lb guys have been picked up by the top teams. At 120, they start showing interest.

I would imagine some of these smaller guys just need a redshirt year to bulk up since they’ve probably been cutting and competing year round during HS. That’s the problem with a lot of these wrestlers now. There is no off-season even in middle school so cutting becomes a way of life especially if they are trying to win a NJ state championship.

Esposito is the only 113 pound senior they’ve landed and he will probably be depth when he arrives at Rutgers with Smith being ahead of him and Farnsworth a year behind him with more credentials. Farnsworth is a junior who could end up redshirting giving him 2-3 years to get up 12 pounds. Keep in mind he’s 16/17 years old right now so it’s certainly doable. DeGeorge is a 132 and Harer is a 144. I don’t see the issue with recruiting any of these guys.

Think he just means the influx of 113 pound recruits. Let’s see how Smith looks this year..

I see Degeorge ranked #11 as a jr at 144.. prolly a middleweight in college.

There was speculation that he was gonna get booted off CBA because he was bullying girls on social media a few weeks ago. Got to the point where police were notified. Hope he figures his issues out.
Bullying girls online? Would like to hear both sides of the story, considering the word "bullying" has been taken way out of context. There is a reason why the birth rate has dropped lower than it has in centuries and men are leaving this country to meet women in more "tradional" countries.Girls/women today are certainly caught up in the " look at me" narrative and certainly aren't "ladylike" anymore with their online antics.

I’m not going to get into specifics of what happened but I can promise you that in an era where I agree that bullying is probably an overused buzzword, what he did is 100% bullying and completely unacceptable

😬 Any links to these rumors? Surprised we'd take him if they're true.

So a kid you claim wasn't smart you expected he would go to an Ivy league school?
Do you know of any transfers from Penn st and Iowa that will be at Rutgers?
FWIW wrestlers to Ivies have nothing to do with grades or how smart a kid is. UPenn requires some wrestlers to only score 1000 SAT and GPAs are a joke as most of the private schools completely inflate. Look at Seton Hall’s dean’s lists they post - almost every kid in the school has a 3.5 or better. High percentage of kids with 4.0+. Statistically speaking it’s impossible without a hand from teachers and administrators. Cornell uses Finger Lakes. Princeton pushes summer school to clean up messy transcripts. The Ivies all have ways to get who they want - their only problem is losing kids due to NIL $$$

I said the same about Amato long ago as well. My gut says Iowa or Nebraska. Rutgers has been recruiting well .
Entirely different situation. No one expected Amato here (and many didn't want him), while many expect PK here due to the long-standing relationship, so that's why I'm curious for more info on that comment that he's gone.
