Don't recycle anything anymore. Use to do it but, the local area quit doing it because not enough people brought their stuff in. The only thing they recycle now is aluminum cans for the local boy scout troop. If I want to recycle anything else, I have to drive 15-20 miles to do it. Nope. Plus, the only cardboard they take if I did drive that far is double or triple corrugated. Anything else is refused. Not going through the hassle. Burn all of my wood, paper, and cardboard.

I do. I'm getting rid of the garbage and if someone can recycle it...good. I can put it in the all green can or the green and yellow can...it doesn't matter to me.

You got ripped off. The price goes up and down but its currently 48 cents per pound. I save mine up until they’re in the way and then take them to a collection site for the local animal shelter. You can also donate them to the scouts in most places.

Cardboard and aluminum cans go into the bin, but it is mainly plastic.

We are burning it all down from every end of the ecosystem. To many people on this planet and not enough will among those that own everything to slow down the destruction. As long as the rich and powerful are safe and warm nothing will change.

I just bought all new computers for the office and I have a bunch of old hard drives, keyboards, copiers, fax machines, scanners that I need to dispose of. My little town doesn't have anywhere to take these that I can find out.

There are ministries that deal regularly with third world communities. What is obsolete for your business may still be desirable for those entities. Good luck.
