Good question if it's unassisted. Runner gave self up by going to dugout. So who gets 3rd PO? Votto could have run to tag 3rd to assure unassisted. Like 10-12 in MLB history. If UA, maybe first by a 1B.

I think Votto would get the unassisted because the runner went toward the dugout. They didn't have to throw the ball to third! Not sure but that would be what I would think.

Me too. Except when he threw ball to 3rd, ump there signaled runner out. So apparently umps didn't think runner had given himself up yet, but it looked that way to me.
