I think the entire thing was foolish on his part anyway. Why did he have to even rep any school that night? Could have walked in wearing normal clothing. He chose to make a statement. I also don’t think it was a coincidence the shirt he wore was the same as PJ’s. It was an effort by certain players to make a statement and it did not go over well. He alienated himself with quite a bit of the fanbase and that was his choice.

Until you can understand that, these players are going to disappoint you, whether its Cal's guys or Pope's.

@Uncle ByeBye So you too stupid to notice Reed and PJ wore the EXACT same Arkansas shirt? Did that just happen? Out of thousands of shirts, they just stumbled across the same one. 😂

Here's the deal....if you see the title of the thread and you don't wanna hear about Reed don't get on it.

Fossil you’ve been around long enough to know that’s not gonna happen lol. And really I wouldn’t expect it to, considering.

Hell I was all geared up to support Reed and make my way to being a bandwagon Rockets fan with the kids. Can’t do that now, I’m petty. He’s a traitor!

it’ll all work itself out when Calipari leaves Arkansas. Truth be told we didn’t have as big of a problem with many of those players as I thought we would really. The big ones, Wall Cousins Davis didn’t budge toward it. Worried about Cuz for a moment, but I’m sure Wall got to him first. They are apparently close from what they’ve said.

I’ve always thought Reed would be a pretty good pro just not top 3 worthy. But we’ll see. He’s far more athletic than many seem to believe too.

If you say so man. IMO, there is a lot more to athleticism than a good vertical. If he has elite quickness and speed as you say, why can he not guard a fire hydrant? Teams also dont draft kids 3rd overall to ride the pine. Giving an honest opinion on a kid is not hating
I’m just saying he has a lot more athleticism than you are giving him credit for.

Yeah, I agree. I never thought it was top three either. I agree wearing the Arkansas shirt wasn't smart, but he gave me one of my biggest upbeat moments last year when he made that last second shot against Mississippi State so I guess I cut him a little slack. I honestly don't understand as loyalty toward Cal because I thought he totally misused him and Rob.

Reed still have his tongue on Crapapari’s scrotum? Asking for a friend.
Seems like it may be on KD’s while he’s making millions. But sure, keep being the more immature one out of the two of you. It’s a good look.

Not stupid enough to think it was some diabolical plan by DJ Wagner to take Reed down lol .

Yea PJ and Reed, who are hundreds if not thousands of miles away from each other, who don’t know each other, just ended up in the exact same Arkansas shirt by happenstance. What a coincidence!

You’re stupid.

Wall has been clear he’s all Kentucky. He doesn’t care at all about Arkansas.

None of the players care about little insignificant Fayetteville Arkansas and that program. None. They’ll never throw away what they have at the destination to support a hick poor program. Most already do, a few showed up to support Calipari because he was ran out of Kentucky and they felt sorry for him at his old age.

Ummm yeah… i don’t care what Arkansas players do in the nba. Reed isn’t a Wildcat as far as I’m concerned. He’s filed away in the same folder as Sharpe. Both can sit on it and spin.

Our fanbase gets triggered by the goofiest things. Players aren't allowed to show support for their coach and school apparently.

We also have fans who actually thought taking 45 million was the wrong thing to do. As if their broke butts wouldn't have done the same at that age.
Taking the money was the right thing to do. Wearing an Arkansas shirt when Kentucky played them was not cool. He showed his true colors.

The shirt he wore didn't say calipari.
He was also wearing UK gear on that fated day. Some of you seem to forget that.

Also, the obsession with hating Reed for it makes many of you folks look small, not Reed.
Stating facts is not hating. He made his choice

He had UK shorts on too…..sounds like he wanted to support both his coach/ex-teammates and his school. But keep doing you. I’m sure you’re fun at parties.
