I thought he played a little in an earlier game. I could be wrong but if still available couldn’t he help with all our OL injuries. He started 7 games last year. Don’t see him listed on injury reports. Any info? Did he graduate?

He’s available if needed. He doesn’t have the mobility he used to have due to his knee, so there are better options.

Thanks. But it seems we are very thin at OL now. He did start 7 games last year. I guess we are deeper at that position than I thought.

It’s quite telling that rather than playing him at RT, they played Taj White at RT and played Dante Chin at LG. He is listed on the participation report, so he did play at least a little.

I thought I saw them putting a jersey on a guy on the sideline (80s number) with no name on it when our TE went down. I figured it was Reggie but didn’t notice if that person went in.

#86---who was that? He took a penalty and GS was talking to him on the sideline afterwards.

White was always a backup tackle for both left and right. He was being pressed into service at guard when Felton went down because he’s our best backup at both positions. But he’s primarily a tackle.

I thought Taj did a solid job at Guard, vs Minnesota, and would previously have expected Reggie at RT. But the coaches went with Chin at LG and White at RT, presumably because of Reggie’s knee. Thankfully, it worked out.

I think Taj works better in space. He's not so much a mauler which is required on the inside.
