Reidsville made a bunch of defensive changes since last week's 55-point surrender and the Ram defense played well, especially in the second half. At the same time, East Surry is on another level this season.

lol....a little? flag help...TGT how many yds in penalties were assessed against Reidsville in Mount Airy first TD drive?? Will say 2 of the 5? were justified.........

Mount Airy's long TD drive (86 yards) featured two 15-yard penalties and one 10-yard penalty against Reidsville. All three produced first downs.

The second Bear TD came after a fumble recovery that set them up at the 9-yard line. After a 5-yard sack on first down, the TD came on a 14-yard pass.

For the game, Reidsville was flagged 9 times for 80 yards and Mt. Airy 3 times for 29 yards.

Total yards in game - Reidsville 551, Mount Airy 127. Reidsville had 2 turnovers, Mount Airy 0.
Pinnix 18 of 27 for 261 yards and 2 TDs (now has 26 TD passes this season) ... Breon Pass had 8 catches for 115 yards and Long had 15 carries for 111 yards.

seemed like more than 40 yds in penalties...this old brain ain't as sharp as it used to be....................Pinnix stats are impressive...How many yards passing on the season? some school season marks could be seriously threatened before the year is out.............................

Pinnix is 82 of 127 (65 percent) for 1,678 yards with three interceptions and 26 TDs.
