Or, a man who is totally lost. Or could it be he is accomplishing his objective. The heavier stuff can be effectively used as a show of force. Probably a good tactic in days gone by, but now everybody has their rights. I guess Baltimore did an all show and no go and it may have just presented something else to piss them off.
