that's kind of a dumb Subject line. That word is not used in the article you linked. And if you've followed the House vs. NCAA case, you'd know that Jenkins was one of several athletes that opted out of it, and thus retained the right to file their own lawsuit over the same issue.

Tom.....I never meant "reparations" in a racial context. My point being, that if the court set a precedence that athletes who played NCAA sports years ago are now entitled to NIL compensation, who knows where this will lead. I just believe this is a slippery slope that we may not want to tread.

BTW... I wanted to thank you for all the great updates on the different Penn State teams. I enjoy catching up on all the the PSU sports with my morning coffee. You do a great job!

Interesting that he believes his 'one shot' is worth millions and millions of dollars. Done supporting the 'students' on this.
