Perfect word to describe this WVU football team. Kids kept fighting back after every setback and never gave up when the odds were stacked against them. Oklahoma State had a very similar situation last season and had a very successful 2015-16 campaign. This is the type of season that could be the turning point for WVU football. No matter what these players care and I thank them for fighting through adversity and unfair criticism, including from myself at times. Use this season as a measuring stick and use it as motivation to know what it takes to be successful in a conference like the Big12.

It may be the perfect word for the team.... ...but for you.... ....not so much.


Just last night you were starting at least one thread wishing we didn't have a certain player on the team. As it turned out a critical player in the bowl victory.

the biggest thing i see, the kids believe. It is evident from the locker room videos Vernon has graciously provided us. It's team unity. Team chemistry.

it was exciting, I was on the edge of my seat for most of the game...I think I killed about a half of a box of Franzia Chardonnay 2015 but I'm not sure how to calculate that, unless I remove the bladder.

Jumping on a "bandwagon" sometimes means you'll get a few knocks and bruises. I expect you to quickly fall back off and we will circle around and run you over... horses and all!
