Kitty's, Two Keys, Gambinos, Varsity Blue, Redmon's, Charlie Brown's, Fish Tank, Pazzos...

Not sure if CB is still open but the rest are gone.

Used to love bouncing around from bar to bar on Thursday nights...then Friday/Saturday messes with a pinch of Keeneland mixed in.

I am sure I am missing some others but honestly not sure what is still open. Friend owns the Paddock. Is Rose Buds still around? McCarthy's?

I went to the Dame a few times. I saw Iron and Wine there and it was awful because the crowd was awful.

The one time I went to JDI was to watch the Kentucky / Wisconsin game in 2014. I was drinking guinness and the waitress asked me if I wanted another one with like 2 minutes left in the game. She handed it to me, I looked at the clock, and just went "If this is in my hand at the end of the game there is a good chance its going flying" so I chugged that thing. Ran down to Limestone to celebrate. When I got home I did not feel good

Damn I forgot about that place. Yeah, used to go by there every once in a while.

BTW A1A when it was on Wilhite Dr had the best MNF wing deal in history. 50 wings and a pitcher of beer for $20. Speaking of Wilhite there was no better post baseball game joint to eat at than the Mr Gatti's there. First big screen TV I had ever seen was at that place.

I can't believe no one has mentioned the U Club in this thread.

Others not mentioned:

Bearded Seal
High on Rose
Three's

Maybe I am just old AF.

Honestly, by the time the U Club opened, seems like all my friends called it the "Youth Club", we were already aged out of that joint by then.

My brother and I used to take care of the guy that owned the Bearded Seal's fish tank at his house. Saw him on the way out from closing the place one night. Talk to him for a bit then go back in and have a few drinks. On the way home we get pulled over and definitely could have blown over, but the cops just gets our license and takes it to his car. He sits in his car for about 15-20 minutes so we are really sweating it by then. Comes back up and tells us to slow down and have a nice night. A week or two later the guy that we were hanging with got busted in the biggest coke bust in Fayette county history at that time. Insane.

I worked in the kitchen at Three's for a brief stint. Kenny Walker and/or his friends would always come in and order 10 minutes after the kitchen close so we always had to fire it back up and tack on another hour. Always pissed us off.
