Well , I dont know if the Raiders were missing any players last week????? But , I do know this.....Our offense has got to get a bit more confusing to the defense......We never do ANYTHING to confuse the defense......All they have to do is react to what they have seen on film and practiced against all week.......They are 16-17 year old kids that can be CONFUSED some time by movement.....I would really love to see some new formations, some new motion , some shifting, some" trickery " ......Something to make the defense THINK just a bit instead of allowing them to swarm to the ball .....Well, while I'm on a roll and I know some people dont want to hear this , BUT the option game would have caused a lot of problems for dudley , by the way they were aligning......I'm not saying be a true option team but at least have it in the package , only if you run it 4-5 times a game .....You run it in a game and the other team has to spend time preparing for it....Z is a qb who has the ability to make it happen and we have the backs to make it happen ...I think it would take some pressure off of our linemen...Ok . I'll stop for now....No charge, just my thoughts....Maybe I'm all wrong and we are just saving it for something special..... Special is just around the corner....I'VE SEEN THE SAME STUFF FOR 2 YEARS NOW AND NOTHING NEW....Dang , EASY to prepare for.......Lets get ready for Hoke , the only team that can beat us next week.......nuff said...

Personally, I think youre correct, Mr. raiderstud. I dont think Richie Rich needs any "Trickery" plays. With History(option) and athletes, there is more than enough to win. With the "trickery" game plan, winning has been limited.

Have you ever been out to watch them at beginning of practice? Players be on the field & coaches just come dragging up at various times. Once practice starts, coaches shouldn't be arriving 5, 15, & 30 mins late. I've watched lots of practices since the 90's & I"ve never seen this lack of accountability from the previous 4 Head coaches staffs. If any complain about wanting things done right, they get relieved of their coaching duties. It's sad. People in Richmond County will wake up eventually.

yes something doesn't sound right when that players are out there before the coaches based on what you said. I sure hope that someone made a huge order and the magic inventory is delivered on time in November or else they will not overcome the obstacles that are ahead
