Richmond’s biggest rival is the economy and poor living conditions in the county. The county is losing population because the parents move to make a better living somewhere else. The students that stay are more interested in playing video games than sports. Some are more interested in selling dope and shooting each other. Welfare county. On field rival will always be SCOTS.

Same can be said for Scotland County. Seems like folks from Marlboro County, SC are trying to move in there.

thats what started this whole thing with the state board and if the incident didn't happen then they would not be involved
