RIP, Choco Taco

I have to admit I’ve never had one and am vaguely familiar with it. However that photo looks delicious and I love Klondike bars. It appears I’ve blown my chance 
boo. The summer of 2000 I worked at the Taco Bell on Frederica in Owensboro. We got half off food whether we were working or not. Lord I ate so many choco tacos and chili cheese burritos.
Had my first Choco Taco on my honeymoon. I had no idea we’d outlast a frozen treat.
They took away the one thing he ever did, how is going to pick up chicks in bars now?
I never had a Choco Taco that didn’t have an incredibly tough and chewy shell. If the shell was exactly like a drumstick cone it would have been perfect.
My sincere condolences. Gone too soon. No wonder we can't have anything nice.

This!!! I mean come on, it's a play on a freaking taco....taco shells are crunchy like drumstick cones, it was a no brainer to make them crunchy. I do fully admit because of my marijuana consumption i have eaten my fair share of choco tacos.....older I got the shell pushed me away
We were checking into a hotel a couple months ago and two of our C-level dudes got Choco Tacos at the front desk. If they weren't obviously old farts, you would have thought it was two kids getting a treat.

They don't give them out. These dorks saw them in the little store off to the side and added them to their room charges.
I had one many years ago. It was good, but it would be on the lower end of my novelty ice cream rankings

The folks on this season of Alone really love them, but for a different reason.
Why would you even need to discontinue this? What changed in the last 10 years that all the sudden made Choco-taco's, which cost $1.50 at your nearest gas station, not profitable?
