This genuinely made me laugh. First time a death thread has done that.
While I am not now any kind of NBA fan I used to be back in my much younger years. I can remember watching "Chocolate Thunder" whenever the NBA was on the one TV station we got then. He and Moses Malone were my favorites in that ages as I was a big 76er's fan. RIP DD. You gave us all a lot of memories.
ESPN had a pretty good piece on Dawkins this morning. He was coaching, using his knowledge and life experiences to help others on and off the basketball court.
