Haskins played HS football at the Bullis School in Montgomery County MD. Was considered a top 5 QB his senior year. Originally committed to UMD but made a last minute switch to OSU when the UMD coach was fired.

This one feels different. Incredibly sad, I remember watching his high school tape thinking he was going to be the guy for RU.
