Yes and no. Falco wrote it but his version did not hit the top 100 in the UK or US. It was covered by After the Fire and rose to #5 on the US charts.
No Steelers fan but sad to hear that. They sure had some dudes on those teams.

Man I'm a Bengal fan but this one hurt. I remember Franco's Italian Army. Those Steeler teams of the late 70's were incredible. It seemed they had all pros everywhere.
He came out to the Lackland Air Force Base military clothing store across the street from where I worked for an autograph signing during 2012. Wanted to get away to go meet him but couldn't get a pass from my unit at work to stand in the line.

You never give up on a play. The Raiders all seemed to stop when the ball was deflected. Heads up play by Harris, and Bradshaw avoided getting sacked twice. The raiders safety actually jumps up to celebrate. I imagine he got an earful from Madden.
Great to see them win it on the night they honored Franco Harris. Doesn't mean much for the season, but still nice to see.
