Meatloaf in a smoker is the bomb
I have never had that before. I would try it, but I am not a fan of a smoker outside of brisket, ribs, and maybe pulled pork. I do think smoked brisket is excellent, but the rest, eh.

I had a smoker once, and even when I had stuff from a "good place," I could not develop a liking for the flavor.

Weird, I know.

A lot of it has to do with the type of wood used to smoke with. Some are just too strong for my liking but overall I like smoked stuff. One of my daughters favorites is Burned Ends. Most people make them with brisket but I use Spam in a pinch or if I am not smoking a brisket.
