Am currently binging Frasier and tonight’s episode was filmed in “Boston.”
Godspeed Norm… you were my favorite. Thanks for the laughs!
Norm walks into the bar on a cold day.
“Norm!”
Woody: “Jack Frost nipping at your nose, Mr Peterson?”
Norm: “Yes, and let’s get Joe Beer nipping at my liver.”
“Norm!”

In one of the last shows Cliff and Norm get tattoos.
Norm’s: “God Bless the United States Postal Service.”
Cliff’s: “I love Vera.”

Norm walks into the bar and the staff asks how he's doing.
He says "It's a dog eat dog world out there and here I sit wearing Milkbone underwear"
Sadly, he will never get to be in my kitchen.

My wife is currently in the midst of an intense spell of community service. She’s been gone all afternoon and comes home just now and needs to be on a zoom call in fifteen minutes. Also, our daughter is applying for a new job and we’re helping her with her resume, a lot of back and forth this morning. My wife has a lot on her plate, a lot on her mind. She comes home and is all “Have you heard the news?” Me: “What? What?” (I don’t like surprises.) “George Wendt died.”
One of my all time favorite shows. RIP Normie.
For some sort of anniversary for the bar they rolled back the price of a draft to a nickel.

Just a couple days ago I used “Women — you can’t live with them… pass the beer nuts.” RIP, George.
Damnit Tom. I hated that final scene when it aired originally and I hate it now.

You'd think as good as that show was, there would be more outlets for Cheers reruns. Anyone know of some?

I watched a couple of episodes yesterday on Hulu when I heard the news.
I have a golf buddy who met George Wendt through the ND message board. They actually became friends and met up for a bowl game. He told me that George was a lot like you would think based on his character in Cheers.

Thursdays on NBC were the best. I loved Cheers and then Fraser. The writing on these shows were incredible. I still watch the reruns and I still laugh hysterically.
I remember starting at 8 pm was Cosby show, then Family ties, then Cheers then Night court. Hill street Blues came on at 10.
Later they moved some of those around and Wings took one of the spots, it was a great run for NBC during the 80's/early 90's
Wings was a show I didn’t watch until years after it ended in reruns. It was a really, really good show.
