“Big Paulie never had to move for anyone”. He was accomplished in so many other areas, it’s sad that we remember him mostly for Wiseguys.

Paul Sorvino was also great in The Firm. Would you want to be the one to bring him bad news?

By all accounts, a gentle soul - very different in actuality than he was in the roles that made him famous. Still, damn…first Liotta and now Paulie!! Two gems from (IMO) the best ever film in its genre.

RIP Mr. Sorvino

imho Sorvino was also good in his appearance as Worf's human foster brother in Star Trek The Next Generation.

They both ended up slicing garlic with a razor blade in the big house. 😉
Folks around NEPA were enamored ever since they filmed That Championship Season in Scranton. Good ole Jason Miller lived and drank in Scranton. My wife used to bartend at Farleys in Scranton, one of Jason’s favorite watering holes.

Yea, from what I understand he really liked his "water"! 🤣

Farley's was always our starting spot for parade day with 8 am 17 cent drafts standing in sawdust and bathroom lines longer than the line at the bar. Good times!
