SI does have a website. The same writers published on that platform as the print copy. If their business model relied so heavily on the print publication in 2024, that's was a poor strategy.

Weren't they just outed for having AI generated writers with fake profiles and photos?

SI print magazine was headed to the trash heap of history but the entire co didn't need to. Blockbuster had an opportunity to buy Netflix years ago but didn't have the forethought to make the move. It's one thing to know a business model is getting squeezed out but its an entirely different thing to cut your own throat and throw the body down a well. LOL.
