I've probably quoted his lines from Tombstone more than any other.

Cruise gets the accolades for Top Gun, but without Kilmer as the Ice Man that movie wouldn't have been the hit it was. Same for Tombstone. Who does everyone remember? It isn't Wyatt. It's Doc Holiday. There's a reason for that.

Great actor. One of the elite young stars (as I was growing up) in the business. Glad he was able to come back as Iceman in Top Gun 2. Although a short cameo, fitting to end his career doing that role again. Doc Holliday was his masterpiece.
