No. It’s going to a Hung at this point. There are some on the jury who prejudged before the trial and nothing was going to pull them away from their verdict. There is zero chance this kid should be found guilty.

My theory is the judge is going to let the jury decide, if they hang, he’ll rule on the dismiss with prejudice and call it a day. He wants to give the jury the opportunity to get it right.

Hopefully you’re correct. Should be pretty simple. This isn’t like the Trayvon Martin situation or the Arbury thing where the people with guns chased down the deceased (although Zimmerman was found not guilty). Kyle had a weapon but attempted retreat in every situation before firing. Should have taken 1 minute to reach the verdict
