When was the last time Nebraska had a true rival? OK, TX, CO? I've really never paid much attention to Iowa because NU rarely played them. But this is great. And as long as we're in the BIG 10 it will never end. #sportsareawesome

Iowa and Nebraska is simply a football game played against two neighboring States. The Trophy is a nice tribute to the positive qualities of some our home folk that put Service above Self.

The game will be a true rivalry, when ths game, like with OU and NU, the game is for a title in the B1G West.

This is the fifth game and the game has never been to determine a title for one or the other.
