Not surprising to get a decommit, especially from a WR. Honestly, would you want to go to PSU to play WR?
The vicious cycle continues. We cannot win the games against the best opponents if we don’t get blue-chip receivers anymore, and continuing to lose with under-performing receivers only discourages these high-level kids from considering us. It’s a tough spot to be in.

If a kid is going to Penn State, he needs to be committed.
K.J. Hamler was smaller and he turned out to be a game changing difference maker who performed well in big games against Ohio State and Miichigan.
It’s the WR talent and speed combination where Penn State has not produced on the field.
