I always get the River Ridge and Blue Ridge confused. I say Salem wins whichever district they are in and LB wins the other one. If they are in the same district then...I have no clue.

Blue Ridge:
Franklin Co (This Fall)
Lord Botetourt
Northside
Staunton River
William Byrd
William Fleming
Thanks Mike....I'll stick with my original prediction. Although, Blacksburg and Pulaski both return a lot from their respective teams.

I really have a good feeling about Pulaski and what they will be able to do this year. I would not be surprised if they are the top dog in the district
Either Blacksburg, Pulaski, or Salem.
All 3 Lose their quarterback and some key players. Not sure of who specifically Pulaski loses, but don't they return most of their defense? I'm going to say either Pulaski or Blacksburg.

Considering Blacksburg finished 1st the last 2 years and Salem the 5 years prior to that, my guess is one of those teams. Pulaski could sneak in there, but I don't see anybody else.
