Road win margin?

Apologies if this has been discussed somewhere, or perhaps someone reported this before I went over all the year-by-year results, but as far as I can tell this is the biggest road margin of victory we've EVER had against a current B1G team in a conference game.

The last time I find a road conference game with a larger margin of victory is 1943, when we beat U of Chicago 63-29.

The last time we won any conference game by more than 25 was in 1996-97, when we beat Ohio State 78-47 at home (1 of our 2 conference wins that season). Coincidentally, current Minnesota assistant Nate Pomeday was playing for the 'Cats in that game.

One that comes very close is when we beat Indiana by 22 in Bloomington in 2009. That was the Juice Thompson, Craig Moore, John Shurna (frosh year), Kevin Coble, etc. team. At the time, I believe it was the largest margin of defeat of all time for the Hoosiers at Assembly Hall (might still be).

I believe that EVERYONE thumped U. of. C. According to BTN, in their final 5 years prior to dropping out of the BIG, they didn't win a single conference game.
