Bwhahahaha, I couldn't get past here: "The most dangerous threat to American Democracy since the civil war". WaPo never disappoints with their hyperbolic reactions
Nor could I get past it for a little bit different reason. Most dangerous since civil war with a a bit of a different perspective. Trump has exposed the danger and we won't listen. You have been given a great Republic if you can keep it are the words of a pretty smart man of the past. We obviously have not kept it, but allowed all power to be centralized in DC. Of course that is an advantage for the Post and it is much desired to remain there in the current form.

Now, we have heard of the heads in the Republican party break from the candidate for the Presidency who was selected by our given primary process. Would it be to our advantage to toss Trump and allow the Republican hierarchy to replace him with a more attractive candidate for them and the Dems and the Post?

We have been given a government with powers split three ways with equal powers with duties split equally. We were supposed to be represented with the theory of each person is equal. We have drifted and allowed powers to be centrally concentrated, and the duties assigned via the Constitution to be shifted and the constituents do not have the equality that was assured. The administrative branch has assumed much more power than is constitutional from the legislative branch. The legislative branch has been raped by the judicial branch. Unintended power has been transferred from the legislative branch, and they were intended to be the closest to the people.

These elected Republican's who are turning from support of the Republican people's choice are whom? Who do they represent? Obviously, they are representing themselves in the two party snake pit in DC. They refuse to expose their power just to represent the constituents. Of course the media is going to support the current system. They long ago walked away for the watchdog reason they were given their freedom.

I will stick with Trump in his effort to pull those Republicans back to the conservative principles they used to have. It is nothing about a 3rd party. We have also been given a government and country. Without an economy and military, everything is being exposed. With the open borders preferred by Hillary, all those folks in the fair weather states should be prepared for visitors from other nice weather countries that have a different type government.
