Read an article on SI this morning rating the top 60 NBA draft prospects... Mr. Roby checked in at #32. I hope he has a monster year along with the rest of the team, and we'll worry about next year later. But talk about a looming exodus of talent....

FYI the top three prospects listed are all Duke freshmen! The fact alone that I started this topic means I'm more excited about college basketball than I have been since the early 90's.

MSVSVUSU State sucks. Don't put too much stock into that win. I'll jump on the hype train if this team beats Clemson in a few weeks but as of now this is still a Tim Miles coached team who has put together 1 good month of basketball in 6 years.

You won’t have to wait for the Clemson game. Seton Hall next week at PBA is a key early game; then either TTech or USC before Thanksgiving will give us an idea if this team has legs. Hell, even SE LA - who we play this weekend- won 20+ games last year.

I disagree slightly just because last season was actually fun. I guess the schedule sucked? And we lost to good teams... but c'mon this is NEBRASKA BASKETBALL. You can piss on my fun all you want but I thoroughly enjoyed last season. Looking at it they way you are we've had about 9 good months of basketball in the last 30+ years.
