And I love it! It’s weird. I loved last years team. I loved watching them run zoom action and how easy they made it look at times. But man, this version of this years team is soooooo damned fun to watch. Just bully ball rock fight and I LOVE it! Lowe is the PERFECT compliment to it too. Keep this version healthy, let Pope figure it out schematically, and I like it. That 1-2-2 3/4 court was a nice touch.

It’s pretty much how Pope is forced to play with this roster. They’re offensively very limited, but can be special defensively. Glhe deserves credit so far for trying to adapt to fit his players strengths. Hopefully he can keep them focused and energized. It’s exhausting playing that way.

I'm glad he's adjusting because watching this team jack it up from beyond the arc as it's main offensive weapon is migraine inducing. Cal would force teams into his system and that's what pisses a lot of us off about him. Pope seeing that and changing his philosophy is good. That's something Cal was incapable or VERY reluctant to do.

And it was evident with Reed and Rob and other GOOD shooters. You have dudes that can shoot lights out, but you were forcing drives to the basket all the time. Maddening
