I didn't either, but good. Abortion shouldn't be legal. Should the adoption and foster care system be overhauled? Absolutely! But killing a life isn't the answer.
I’m a lifelong Republican, but in specific situations, abortion should absolutely be legal.
Just a point of clarification, this doesn't make abortion illegal. It just leaves the decision up to each state.

California is trying to pass a law that would allow abortion up to 28 days after birth. One side is going crazy and isn't the right.
This just sends it to the states. You can still kill children in certain states.

Most of Europe caps abortion at 16 to 24 weeks though. Nobody in Europe was allowing abortion up to or after birth.

Not at all. This makes it possible to completely outlaw abortion even in the event of rape. And the Texas model, which is being adapted elsewhere, gives rapists the right to sue their victim for getting an abortion. You're literally supporting a legal ruling that gives rapists more say in reproductive rights than the victims.

I started the thread but so many different opinions. Abortion at 9 months for any reason is wrong because if you agree it should be legal due to rape or incest then 9 months is way to long to not be able to make a decision. 30-60 days tops.
