My ex wife had the rona she is my granddaughters babysitter, so my daughter had to lay low for the 7 day , her & baby & husband was negative, she was able to work from home , the company paid her from the cares act for that week , would that be considered fraud? & is it only a one time thing for the rona ?

Everyone has the rona. Everyone that dies, dies from the rona.

Not sure what you mean. If an employee has to stay home for child care (for covid reasons) the company would pay up to 2/3 for a certain amount of time. If she was actually working from home, she should get paid normal wages.

She had to stay home because she had to quarantine, she was able to work from home for those 7 days , the company used the care act to pay her .

Must be the Families First, not the CARES. I’d turn them in, but my guess is they’ll get busted if they try to claim the credit AND made her work from home.
