My monday just got a lot better after that win. Almost turned it off but the optimist in me said not to, just in case of a magical comeback. Sure enough...

Then she went to the bathroom. By the time she came back, the Royals had four straight hits and the error on the Astros' SS to tie the game. I sent her back to the bathroom.
My 90 year old Grandmother loves the Royals, She watches all the games. She doesn't get fs1 or what ever channel the playoffs are on, so I call her to give her updates. She was so thrilled, when I called and told her we won. By the way, Gordon is her favorite player...
