Who got T's?
I believe the gametracker is wrong. 74-56 is the final score.
I stand corrected.BTN Plus had it as 72-58 on the screen.
Weird. 74-56 is what the gamecast I was watching said. No, 72-58
It's not just Corey's three-point shot that's off. If you take the threes out of his stats, he's shooting at about a 35% clip. Last year he shot over 48% inside the arc. What I don't get, though, is how far he's fallen off from last year.
I mean, he wasn't a very good outside shooter last year, either, shooting .315 (41/130).... but that's a ton better than .067 (1/15).
It had nothing to do with shot selection. We had 16 uncontested 3 pointers and hit 2. We do not have good shooters but have to keep on practicing because you need to continue to take those shots and improve in your success rate. 6 made 3's tonight makes it a over a 20 point win. This is why I caution those getting too optimistic about Conference play...its a flawed team that needs to work hard. It works against lesser teams but we are in trouble against good teams if we arent focused..shot selection is quite poor tonight
Disagree. Have to take wide open threes all day. We still rebound the misses and go to the hole just like Deshawn did down the stretch. Cannot turn down uncontested 3's. Have to get better shooting them. Not great just betterWe need to stop shooting threes and attack the basket and pound the boards.
It's an easy 25 point win with shooters......83-58. Thiam needs to take more than 3 shots
