Shelby guesses lower, 10.5. Also guesses PSU covers.

Lost to Oregon, Indiana, Iowa and Northwestern by a total of 11 points, the last three of those with a new QB. Beat badly by OSU, same as everyone else. Only the one bad loss on the road at UCLA.

They will most likely win the next two so the 11/29 game decides which team gets another game.

PSU is only -6.5 @Sparty this weekend. Per S&P+ (only one metric, granted), we’re 13 spots better than MSU, so I could see the spread as low as 4.5, depending on what happens this weekend

No way it's less than 7.5. More likely 12.5.

Because Schiano
Wrong, as usual. Because the MSU spread is too low. If I were betting on the game my money would be on PSU to cover.

Tell you what. Every year I write a check to the Center for Food Action to provide Thanksgiving turkey and all the fixings for 5 needy families. If PSU doesn't cover I'll add another $25. If PSU does cover you write the check for $25. Deal?

Ok, so your imaginary betting wisdom…gotcha. nevermind that Vegas knows Schiano doesn’t do well in big games. they probably build in -6 just for him alone.

They'll cover. Even if they have to throw a TD bomb at the end of the game to do it. If their QB can run, add 3 points. If he has a gambling problem, add 3 more.

We all know Schiano is the worst HC in the B1G ( it’s not even close). However MSU is g-d awful. And they are playing their 2nd String QB who is also hurt. Despite our Coach we would beat them by at least 10 points. our line vs. State Penn probably +7

So Shelby, you were saying? And do you only sell woof tickets or are you going to make Thanksgiving a little nicer for some needy family?

I think @RU Jeep and @RUGuitarMan1 might be interested as well.

Your point was, we should give PSU a better game and also the spread will be less. don’t count on it. because Schiano

Holy deflection, Batman. The main point I made was that was that PSU would cover today, which they did. Along with a charitable donation if I was wrong. Apparently you just want to pontificate.

BTW, you forgot to respond in 3rd person.

Didn’t say anything about covering. You were comparing spreads, actual today and anticipated on the 29th. Your crowing about PSU covering today proves nothing about the RU game

If game was played today spread would be south of 10. 9-9.5. See what happens after next week
PU is having a terrible season by their standards
A few WTF losses
But they can play tough and toe to toe with a,top ranked team at any point in time

See Oregon and Indiana
Last game, I would give, the points, up to 14 of them
