Rub recipe

I plan on smoking some chicken thighs or turkey drumsticks and a pork butt this weekend. I always use commercial rubs, but would like to start making my own rub. Does anybody have a good recipe?

Whatever you go with, use some Sazon Goya(with coriander and annatto).
