I think at the end of the day, it will be Lynch, Comey, Obama's NSA, and maybe other members the IC who did all of the "colluding" with Dems and Left to steal this election or try to assure its outcome.

She was more likely discussing how the "fix" was already in on the FBI's "investigation" into Hillary's server.

Bill had to be brought up to speed both to keep his mouth shut about the server, and let him know Hillary took care of all the photos she had on him with his bimbos.
