That said I haven’t seen any real evidence yet, but if there is/was legit evidence of real bad stuff that Cael knew about and didn’t take action there will be consequences. My understanding is LE was only told about the theft. And the university hasnt heard about any of the other allegations from anyone
With a subpoena or warrant sure. However, Snapchat does not store that data long term. It doesn't just sit on their servers forever. Unless law enforcement requests them to hold it, stuff as old as the alleged locker room pics and whatever accompanied them, are likely gone for good.
It all depends on what he knew, when he knew it, and what he chose to do about it. IF he covered anything up, he gone. IF he knew nothing, he gets a statue. Anything in between will be interesting to see how it gets handled.

Flo, particularly Pyles is spineless on these negative issues. He never wants to discuss these types of issues, he gets all awkward and can barely seem to talk. I tweeted at him when he didn't even mention the Beau response after Pyles gave that crappy opinion about Beau's wife possibly just being an attention getter. He immediately blocked me. He fumbled through the Snyder stuff and then has the nerve to talk about how bad Snyder "handled" himself afterward. I'm not saying Snyder didn't handle it bad but then you handle all this Bartlett and PSU stuff terribly. Nobody wants to discuss this negative wrestling stuff but just report the facts as they stand or what's being said, you don't have to give opinions on it at this point....just freaking report the crap and move on until it's appropriate to comment.

I know that’s the premise but it seems odd he was so uninformed about DT’s intentions, especially when it’s pretty common knowledge Bo was not a big 92 at all and prolly could have made 86 easily, even on short notice.
