HCNB may get the axe before the end of the season...

IMO it's too little too late - the damage is done and might as well let him finish out the season.

Nope. Will not fire before EOY. Does nothing for a program especially with 1 month left to play. Determential to the program to pull an Auburn.

With the new rules in play, I would say the longer you hold onto a lame duck the harder it is for the next coach to right the ship.

Fire now, let whoever on the roster wants to follow him out the door enter the portal, and get a coach in place to start recruiting HS players or transfers.

Or have discussions with candidates/agents while he finishes out the year.

I get it, the worry is that HCNB gets us in a bowl and he warranted another year and we are having the same HCNB conversation this time next year.

LMAO, the only bowl we’ll reach this year is the toilet bowl. Sincerely hope his boss is not deluded enough to believe you

I actually thought he had a chance of winning this one with possibility of picking a game off here and there before the end of the year. After today, there is no way in hell this guy keeps his job if they want my money. This man is absolutely complete garbage. The worst part is how pitiful he acts on the sidelines over a blatant roughing the kicker call. That is textbook roughing the kicker 15 yard penalty. The chicken **** coach that we have doesn’t go for it on fourth and one, learned nothing from the pit game, but goes all out with a below average wide receiver to block the kick. His decisions, and the lack of discipline, and the complete ignorance of our players because of the way that they are coached, has set us back for many years. He got absolutely schooled and embarrassed by Minnesota in a bowl game, I thought that was the worst we could possibly be, however he has trumped that performance at least five times this year. I cannot believe how bad he is and how he gets outcoached.

Realized this week I was looking forward to the women's soccer game tomorrow and the easy basketball opener Monday more than football. That would've never happened earlier in life. Watching Texas Tech game a few weeks ago I wasn't even mad about our worst loss to an unranked opponent in 57 years. It was simply so hopeless so quickly that we never even had a chance and I was just numb. A program is not in trouble when people get mad, it's in trouble when they stop caring.

WVU would do no such thing. That's bush league behavior that WVU would never stoop to....that's reserved for second-rate programs like Auburn, Nebraska, USC, and Wisconsin.

I dont want him to finish out the season at all. Dont want to see his goofy mug in WVU gear ever again tbh. And Shane is next. They both totally suck.

It's Shane's fault the buyout is 20 million and then 16.1 million on Jan 1, 2023. Shane should be gone first.

I actually love soccer. Never played it before in my entire life but my daughters play it and it’s actually quite fun. I agree. I am looking forward to everything but this football team. And let’s face it everyone, if Kentucky calls him and he was doing well, he’s out the door. We need someone who treats this university and this state as a destination place. This guy right here hit the Powerball tonight about three years ago and became a millionaire for being a average coach at Troy.
