3 and 1 and they sneak it early in the 4th qtr. ???? Then it is 3Rd and 3 and they run a jet sweep with Turner??? Get s 1st down on the last drive anf it's over. Run the ball twice on their last drive. 2 run plays to get 3 to 4 yards.
This loss in on the staff.
I mean, why would you want to run power football when BYU's starting NG and MLB were out with injuries? The fly sweep was clearly the better call. Feel bad for the kids, they deserve better play calling.
Didn't NU get stuffed for a loss on 3rd and short the last series when they tried to run up the middle?
Fly sweep is a bad call there. Too many players around the line. Power football or or shut it down and work on the basketball and the baseball programs.
This team deserves to be 30 and 0 on opening day.

Bleh. But that's what that guy who took 22 years to win a national championship and then saddled NU with two loser coaches who then only won 70% of their games would have done!

The couldn't stop Cross in the 4th qtr.
I am not saying the whole game but when you need a 1st down to seal the game, don't run qb sneaks and jet sweeps.
