The was a defensive struggle...Well, defense wins championships! SCE defense was really good...Pirates just slightly better. They were able to have that long grinding drive for a score on their first drive...but then they never really came close to scoring again.

Meanwhile, our Pirates are back in the semis for the second year in a row. I gotta imagine they're now starting to entertain the possibility of a shot at a rematch with Loyola in Champaign...
