This is not about our current uniforms, or are old uniforms. This isn't about 2005 unis, or 2008, or 1995, 2020, or whatever. This is about concept uniforms. I'm finding these around the internet, they're not official.
None of these images belong to me, and will be taken down upon request by owner/maker.

I like the ones posted above the best, but not the red chrome, since Indiana already using that. For me, its the following, minus the "New Jersey" and with just the regular block R on the helmet and our regular Rutgers font for the lettering. I like the numbers on these.

I really just want an up to date, modern version of 2006, without the Bears numbers. I've always hated the Bears numbers.

That's my favorite of the bunch as well. I'd like to see a proper block R + proper font, and a block R on the pants, similar to 2005-2011. I have no issues with it saying New Jersey as long as the look is classic Rutgers.

Please

Please give us back our big boy uniforms from 2006 with a modern tweek like the one above. No matter what year, 2016, 2036 or 2056 when someone sees us on TV they say, "That is Rutgers playing"

(The Flood uniforms were an embarrassment and showed we had ZERO identity and ZERO confidence in ourselves, hence why we changed to a Halloween costume - LOOK AT ME!)

Big +1 as long as you make the RUTGERS in bigger font and fix the knee pads so it doesn't look like the guy who put the tile down in my bath last month..

Just say no to red helmets & any semblance of the old stale unis or Wisconsin & Nebraska copycats or red versions of the Indianapolis Colts. Yeah we may have used similar back in the day but let's keep it there & let the others use them. Regarding helmets, continue to use the silver battlescarred primarily, as they're the best helemts, & mix in the white & black battlescarred. Keep the sword stripe on the helmets & pants as it's unique. I'd also use the sword font because it's unique. Also, gray (along with scarlet & black) is 1 of our primary colors so I don't understand when people complain about using it & say it's too much like tOSU, yet you want to look like Wisconsin & Nebraska...plus IIRC someone said we used to have gray pants. Our white & black unis are great. Just update the current unis to make the names & #s readable & redo the reds with better fabric so they're red & allow different color pants (white, silver/gray).

Just please return to a more traditional, BIG-type look. The current unis are bad.

BLOCK numbers

NO shadowing like the 49ers or the Rangers

I still think that the Shea-era uniforms, minus the helmets, are the best.

The 60's helmets with block R's and the shea uniforms would be a home run.

Anything but the old, stale unis from Schiano era.. Love our helmets now, just a few tweaks needed

Those retro unis look too much like Indiana, Wisconsin and Nebraska's unis

Aside from some kind of "special" helmet, the Block R will be on there forever, as it should be, it's R thing and represents us very well now.

This is literally the Nebraska uniform, so while I like it, it's not gonna happen. I think we can have something similar style wise, but we need to introduce touches of color....either gray or black

Block R, Red (not salmon), minimalist, no Halloween knight swords or scratches or fake blood, old school, non XFL or arena football looking uniforms please.
