One of the funniest post-game quotes, "“I thought he was dead,” Boone told USA Today after the game. “He wasn't moving, so I had to pick him up. I'm like, ‘Sam, don't be dead.'”

Given the injury departure of AD and the two worst pair of offensive tackles in the NFC, I'II be surprised if Sam is still able to play by Thanksgiving. He took a pounding with the D focused on Adrian the other night.

Without that, the beating will get a lot worse. It's too bad, because with one very talented young wide making plays against the Packers, I have never seen him look better as a pro,

I wish him the best... now that he's not an Eagle. :) The Vikings were in deep Do-Do and they gave up a #1 and I believe a #2 as well. That's a lot. And the Eagles quickly shipped him out. I hope it works out for two of the three involved. Sam & the Vikings. Screw the Eagles.

If memory serves me corrrectly, the Vike's back up RB (Hillman?) played pretty well when AD hurt his knee a couple years ago. Hopefully AD will recover quickly and will be back on the field before Sam gets too beat up! Hoping Sam stays healthy too!

Looked like he was getting rid of the ball quickly. That will help. I remember Fran Tarkenton playing behind some pretty bad olines with Vikes and having to scramble for his life. He made a career of it. Sam however, is definitely not a scrambler.

After two teams where Sam Bradford couldn't be all he could be, the Viks are loving him.
Sunday night he was 22 of 31, 286 yds, 2 td and 0 turnovers in beating the Packers.

I thought the board could use an uplifting anecdote.
There ya go. ;)
Fitty good job on this post. If you read enough OU message boards these days, makes you want to commit Harry Carry. We need some good news for a change.

Very strange. With 12:00 remaining in the 3rd, the score 10-8, the stadium is half empty. It is almost 3:00 pm there. Perhaps people want to get out of Dodge before dark because of the P.O.S. protesters.

Now, now... that stadium is also "half full" and my P.O.S. phone won't make that bold... too bad I didn't bring my tablet to Medic's favorite chair. I bet his toilet seat is cushioned, though...

You'd be right.
They have 100+ cops there just so fans can get in the venue.
Massive overtime.
What a pisser.
When they leave they just hope their car is intact.

Sorry to spoil it for all of you who are fans of another team.
Next year Cards will play against the Steel. See you at the finish line.

Yeah, the talking heads were gushing about the Vikes defense during the game yesterday.
They do have some ball hawks.
