Union VS East Bladen
East Bladen is the best overall team in this conference in my opinion but they let two key games to Hobbton and North Duplin slip away from them..... but proceed to beat conference 1st place Lakewood 32-0 last Friday. I don't know what the deal is down their in Elizabeth town but doesn't matter because they are playing Union who is still years away. Birds by a mile.
East Bladen 48-18
Clinton VS Trask
Clinton let a big one slip last week vs East Duplin where Clinton QB1 had 4 ints. Maybe East took away Clintons favorite plays in the world (tunnel and bubble screens) and made them throw it deep. The passing game is mediocre at best without the screens, #2 on Clinton can turn a screen into a TD in a heartbeat. Clinton has not been able to consistently stop the run all year and the trask titans have a sneaky good running game. I think Clinton is the better overall team but this is a matchup problem for the horses..... when they run into these hard nose rushing teams the wheels tend to fall off. I am going to go out on a limb and say Trask wins this one late.

Lakewood VS Hobbton
I am very excited for this game which is 1000% the game to be at in the county this week. Hobbton has been ripping through the conference so far and with a head of steam and confidence.... Lakewood has their hands full. Lakewood on the other hand got demolished last week by East Bladen who has two conference losses. Is East Bladen really good? Yes, but by no means should Lakewood lose 32-0. I think last weeks shocking blowout could be a morale buster for the Leopards while Hobbton is whooping butt and taking names. Must win for both teams if they want that conference title.... with North Duplin ready to go next week for the Hobbton Wildcats this is getting very very interesting. Hobbton is the 2nd best team in Sampson County (Everyone is a couple hundred miles behind them Rowdy Midway Raiders) WING T WILDCATS FOR THE WIN BABY!!!!!!!
