Lakewood VS Union
Lakewood has been picking up some steam lately and currently in control on the conference since their win vs North Duplin. I like how they put the backup at QB the kid is pretty good and the offense is much improved since the change. Union doesn't have the fire power to keep up.

Hobbton VS East Bladen
This game was already played on Monday but I have to say I am very impressed with the wildcats. East Bladen was who I thought would win this conference but Hobbton took it to the Eagles. Hobbton controls their own destiny with future games vs Lakewood and North Duplin.... I would not count them out they are on fire.
Clinton VS South Lenoir
I think Pender is a very good team but I think Clinton should taken care of them. The Clinton defense lacks much physicality and passion... I don't know what to say about it anymore. I haven't heard much from the game but I know Pender ran for 465 yds on the dark horses. I thought Clinton was turning the corner but looks like they went back into the stables. South Lenoir while improved this year is still South Lenoir.

Midway VS Wallace Rose Hill
Midway had a hard fought game last Friday vs James Kenan where they showed a lot of heart I will give them that. They showed flashes of promise. Wallace seems to be hitting their groove with a blowout win vs Princeton last Friday. This is Midways senior night which brings in a whirl wind of emotions and determination. I think Midway is fighting for a top 8 3A east seed and knows they need this game to do that. I know everyone is picking WRH by a mile but I am going the other way. Give me them Midway Raiders.
